Return Policy

Your happiness means a lot to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns under the following guidelines:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item(s), minus a 10% restocking fee.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order originally qualified for free U.S. shipping, and the returned item(s) cause the order total to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Shipping Damage

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging and shipping box

We’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability and the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Left Coast Revivals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or building management

• Contacting the shipping carrier directly

• Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

While we are happy to assist with carrier information when possible, we are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
