Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the 2026 Oregon Vintage Crawl, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your ticket grants admission only to the scheduled event on Friday, July 24, 2026, and is valid solely for the original purchaser unless otherwise approved by Left Coast Revivals.

Participants are responsible for arriving at the Portland Expo Center on time for departure. The event operates on a fixed schedule, and the coach will depart as scheduled. Left Coast Revivals is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow attendees, event staff, hosts, and participating venues throughout the day. Left Coast Revivals reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

The event itinerary, venues, meal offerings, shopping locations, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control or other operational needs. If changes are necessary, every effort will be made to provide a comparable experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be canceled by the purchaser for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Left Coast Revivals reserves the right to cancel any ticket or deny participation at its sole discretion if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if circumstances warrant such action.

If Left Coast Revivals cancels the event or cancels a ticket at its discretion, the affected ticket holder will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price. Refunds are limited to the ticket purchase price only and do not include reimbursement for airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, lost wages, or any other incidental or consequential expenses.

Liability Waiver

Participation in the Oregon Vintage Crawl is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that participation in group travel, shopping, walking through retail spaces, boarding and exiting transportation, and other event activities carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Left Coast Revivals, its owners, hosts, employees, volunteers, contractors, transportation providers, venue partners, and participating businesses from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the event. Left Coast Revivals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photo & Video Release

By attending the Oregon Vintage Crawl, you grant Left Coast Revivals permission to photograph, film, and record your likeness, voice, and participation during the event.

You understand and agree that photographs and video footage may be used without compensation for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to the Left Coast Revivals website, email newsletters, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other current or future social media platforms, as well as printed advertising and promotional materials.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos, or other media in which your likeness appears and release Left Coast Revivals from any claims related to the use of such materials.

If you prefer not to appear in close-up photographs or video interviews, please notify a member of the Left Coast Revivals team upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in crowd photos or event video footage.
